My first culinary

This is my first cooking lesson in the Most Institute culinary school in davao we were asked to make a hollandiase sauce, mayonaise, Chicken podoro and corn fritters. I don’t know if you like the taste is but I like the plating of my classmates.

Corn fritters with carrots onion and lemon with mayonnaise

Traditional Mayonnaise in tomato with vegtables

Chicken Podoro with a leaf stem design

Hollandaise sauce but the design of the vegetables dominate all
